1. Acceptance of Terms

By using WARDOGS Commander ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. About This Site

WARDOGS Commander is an unofficial, fan-made companion tool for the game WARDOGS and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the developers of WARDOGS. Weapon, vehicle, and equipment data is sourced from the game's current beta build and may become outdated as the game updates. The Site is built and maintained solo, in the operator's free time, and is provided free of charge.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you may not impersonate another person or use an offensive or misleading username.

4. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of content you post (forum threads and replies, LFG posts, squad names and notes), but by posting it publicly you grant us a license to display it on the Site. You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, harassing, hateful, or threatening.
• Spam, or unrelated advertising.
• Infringing on someone else's intellectual property or privacy.
• Malicious code, phishing links, or attempts to compromise other users' accounts.

Moderators may edit, lock, pin, or remove content, and may suspend or terminate accounts, at their discretion, to keep the community usable for everyone.

5. Intellectual Property

WARDOGS, its assets, and its game data belong to their respective owners. Game data shown on this Site (weapon, vehicle, ammunition, and equipment statistics) is sourced from publicly available in-game/community data for reference purposes and is not claimed as our own. The Site's own code, design, and original written content (excluding scraped game data and user-submitted content) belong to the Site's operator.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems.
• Use automated scripts to scrape, spam, or abuse the Site's forms or APIs.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's normal operation for other users.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its game data are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that loadout recommendations, pricing, or statistics exactly match the live game at any given time. Use the Site's recommendations as a planning aid, not as a guarantee of in-game performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site's operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of data, loss of in-game progress, or account issues arising from third-party services (Supabase, Discord, Vercel) that the Site depends on.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Site and request deletion of your account at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
